Estar conjugation – Conjugating the Irregular Spanish Verb Estar  which when translated to English means To Be.

Below is the Spanish Irregular verb Estar, I have conjugated it in three different well used tenses. You will need to practice and memorize them until you become proficient in their use in all tenses but these three are a good base to start with.

Three Tenses of Estar Conjugation

1. Present – Presente.
2. Future – Futuro Simple.
3. Past – Pretérito Imperfecto.

Estar Conjugation – To Be

Present

yo estoy
tú estás
él, ella, usted está
nosotros estamos
vosotros estáis
ellos, ellas, ustedes están

Future

yo estaré
tú estarás
él, ella, usted estará
nosotros estaremos
vosotros estaréis
ellos, ellas, ustedes estarán

Past

yo estaba
tú estabas
él, ella, usted estaba
nosotros estábamos
vosotros estabais
ellos, ellas, ustedes estaban
